We deliver to mainland England and Wales, as well as some parts of Scotland on a fortnightly basis, allowing us to offer an efficient service to the majority of the population.
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to islands off England and Wales, or Northern Ireland, or the Scottish Highlands and Islands.

Cost
The cost of delivery is relative to the total value of the order:
- For orders less than £30.00, delivery costs £5.00
- For orders between £30.00 - £99.99, delivery costs £10.00
- For orders between £100.00 - £199.99, delivery costs £20.00
- For orders between £200.00 - £399.99, delivery costs £30.00
- For orders between £400.00 - £599.99, delivery costs £40.00
- For all orders over £600.00, Free Delivery

What is meant by ‘Pre-Order’?
Pre-ordering means ordering an item that is currently not in stock.
The advantage of pre-ordering, is that the item is ‘ring-fenced’ for delivery to yourself as soon as it comes in stock.

If a product is temporarily out-of-stock, it will be stated clearly, as the usual ‘Add to Cart’ button will be replaced by a ‘Pre-Order’ button.
Additionally, once the item has been selected, a date displayed indicates when the item is scheduled to arrive into our warehouse.
We deliver throughout the country, over a 2-week cycle, therefore, depending on your delivery postcode, you should receive your order between 1 to 14 days from the scheduled date.

Please Note – The stainless-steel pull-handle is intended only for use in relocating the parasol base position whilst it is on the ground. This is achieved by tilting the base slightly and pulling it along the ground on its nylon wheels. The handle is NOT designed to be used as a lifting-handle. If you still wish to lift the base by the handle, please ensure that you are strong enough to undertake the task and, if not, seek assistance.
