Corido teak furniture is crafted from durable sustainable teak (Tectona grandis), a hardwood that is particularly valued for its durability, water resistance and superior performance in marine environments.Teak is a hardwood that is the ideal choice for outdoor furniture as its natural oils protect the wood in exposed locations, and make the furniture rot, termite and pest resistant. Quality teak is high in oil and rubber content which form a natural barrier giving weatherproof qualities that enable it to withstand the most inclement of weather.

What is meant by ‘Pre-Order’?
Pre-ordering means ordering an item that is currently not in stock.
The advantage of pre-ordering, is that the item is ‘ring-fenced’ for delivery to yourself as soon as it comes in stock.

If a product is temporarily out-of-stock, it will be stated clearly, as the usual ‘Add to Basket’ button will be replaced by a ‘Pre-Order’ button.
Additionally, once the item has been selected, a date displayed indicates when the item is scheduled to arrive into our warehouse.
We deliver throughout the country, over a 2-week cycle, therefore, depending on your delivery postcode, you should receive your order between 1 to 14 days from the scheduled date.

We recommend that, when using your parasol base in a free-standing situation, you use appropriate fixings (one in each of the four 7.5 mm diameter pre-drilled corner fixing holes) to prevent the parasol and base from falling over in breezy or windy conditions. Please note that parasols should always be closed in these conditions and the canopy cover should be fitted.

  • A. For hard-standing conditions (concrete, asphalt, patio slabs, etc.)
    - Appropriate through bolts, sleeve anchors or concrete screw-bolts
  • B. For timber decking situations
    - Appropriate coach screws
  • C. For soft ground situations
    - Appropriate steel pins

1. Ensure that your parasol base is located on even and level ground
2. Before drilling any fixing holes, make sure to check that there are no buried services located nearby (e.g. electricity, water, etc.).
3. Please note that we are unable to offer advice on how and where to fix your parasol base. If in doubt about how to do this, you should consult an appropriate expert
