A. Our website will remain operational throughout this period and we are currently taking orders as usual, for delivery within our normal timeframe.
Q. I have an existing order, will this be affected?
A. Our warehouse is operational and we are currently delivering orders as usual, however, we will clearly communicate any changes to our customers.
Q. Do I have to sign for my delivery?
A. To protect our customers and drivers, if you are self-isolating we can offer contact-free delivery. Please request this when placing your order, and our drivers can leave your item/s in a safe place of your choice, without requiring a signature.
Q. Can I still visit the showroom?
A. In line with the government guidelines, our showroom is now closed until further notice.
Q. Are your offices still open?
A. Our sales and digital teams are still operational, we are taking all precautions in our office to maintain the safety of our staff as per official Government guidelines and advice.
