SAFE & SECURE CONTACTLESS SHOPPING FROM ORDER TO DELIVERY - FIND OUT MORE
For over 30 years, we have been committed to bringing people joy and comfort through great designed furniture – and shall endeavour to continue doing so, even in these most trying of circumstances.
Rest assured, although our showroom is temporarily closed, you can still shop with us online and by phone.
Q. Can I still shop online?
A. Yes. We will continue taking orders online and by phone, in line with official government guidelines:
‘Online retail is still open and encouraged and postal and delivery service will run as normal’
(Extract from Closing of certain businesses and venues, available at gov.uk)
Q. Are delivery times affected?
A. We deliver the majority of larger items ourselves and endeavour to keep delivering within the normal timeframes, but please bear with us as we are extremely busy. If your delivery does happen to be slightly delayed, we will make sure to call and let you know.
Smaller items are normally delivered via couriers on a one- to two-day basis, however, there may be a small delay due to current circumstances.
Please feel free to call if you have any questions regarding a delivery timescale.
Q. Do I have to sign for my delivery?
A. No. For the safety of both our customers and staff, we shall be following Public Health England advice and providing contactless delivery for all orders.
Q. Is your return/cancellation policy affected?
A. No. We will continue to offer our 14-day ‘no quibble’ return/cancellation policy as normal. Should a change of circumstances result in our reluctant cancellation of your order, you may rest assured that you will be refunded in full.
Q. Can I still visit the showroom?
A. No. Sadly, we have had to temporarily close our showroom. This is for the protection of both our staff and customers, as per official government guidelines.
Q. Are your offices still open?
A. Yes. Our friendly and knowledgeable sales and logistics teams are still available to take your calls. We are taking all the necessary precautions to maintain the safety of our staff, in line with Public Health England advice.
